The Bungalow is a single-story ranch house with a blue front door, palms out front and a wood-fenced backyard. Inside, an open kitchen with a granite island runs into the dining area and a living room with a stone fireplace and a painted sunrise beach mural.
Out back, the heated pool sits between the house and a covered pergola with a gas fire table. The garage is now a game room with air hockey, foosball and arcade machines, and the driveway fits four vehicles.
